ALL sales are final with exceptions for extreme circumstances. Extreme circumstances include: Clothing RECEIVED damaged and wrong orders received. In those cases we offer exchange. If you are going to cancel an order we ask that you do so within 24 hours, No later.

Custom Orders & One of a Kinds

Select Chanel Moore designs will be 1 of 1 due to it being a custom order or because the fabric is a limited print. We also like to give our customers the opportunity to feel unique.

Custom orders are FINAL SALE.

Made to order VS Ready to ship item

Made to order items are items that are made when purchased. Please allow 7-10 BUSINESS days for anything labeled Made to Order in the description to be created and up to 3 business days to receive it once its shipped. To get exact details regarding design and shipping time for an item please text us!

Ready to ship items are items that are already made and ready to ship the next business day. Please allow up to 3 BUSINESS days to receive your item depending on your location.

Stoned/Jeweled Products

Any products with jewels or stones should be handled with care. We aren't responsible for lost stones. We do however provide extra stones with your purchase.
